Mr. Eberly joined Arcanum in 2022. As Executive Vice President for Strategic Operations, he is responsible for supporting the CEO in all areas of strategic management for the Company worldwide, taking the lead on developing overall strategy and implementation of the Company’s initiatives and on high-level projects and operations with the US Military Command and NATO.
Prior to joining Arcanum, Mr. Eberly was Head of Power & Infrastructure at the leading frontier market-focused investment firm, CrossBoundary. He serves on the board of multiple businesses, including Xate Energia, the largest distributed power utility in Brazil.
Mr. Eberly started his career as US Marine infantry officer. He was awarded Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal for exceptional performance in leading an area to a historically low level of violence; other decorations include two Afghanistan Campaign Medals and the Korea Defense Service Medal. He serves as a NextGen Leader at the US Global Leadership Coalition.
Mr. Eberly has an MBA and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
He is based in the Company’s Washington, DC and London offices.
